Japanese brand Soundman have created a name for themselves creating unique clothing with a classical twist. Here we have the Walter Jacket, their first outerwear piece for Spring Summer 23.
A new introduction in Soundman’s line-up, the Walter Jacket is inspired by the classic Harrington jacket, cut to the same standards as we’ve come to expect from Soundman & packed with interesting and unique design details.
Cut slightly longer than a classic Harrington Jacket, The Walter is made in Japan from a yarn-dyed gabardine cut from a high-quality Supima cotton. The fabric has an initial shine, appearing almost two-tone which will benefit from a few washes while the fabric has a natural water repellency.
Totally unlined, the umbrella yoke on the reverse adds a touch of sophistication as well as added ventilation. The jacket features raglan sleeves for ease of wear, while a two-way zip front has been paired with two patch pockets with flap closure and a single chest pocket with zip closure. Two side cinch adjusters to aid fit complete the look.
