Coherence take their inspiration from well-known and legendary artists while their take on classic outerwear is elevated by their focus on in-house fabric design, carefully considered detailing and a central focus on fit. 

The Jackson is a new style for us and is available this AW24 from the brand’s exclusive 10 oz Logger Selvedge Denim. The initial style is borrowed from old style Coverall or Chore jackets but given the full Coherence treatment. As always inspiration comes from a photograph of abstract expressionist Painter Jackson Pollock, wearing a similar style jacket in his studio. 

Instantly recognisable with workwear, the Jackson is simple in design. The Jacket features a four button front using custom-made donut buttons & features two large lower pockets & two chest pockets – one with button flap closure & one split to house a pen etc. Elevated in Japan by Coherence, the Jackson has all the hallmarks of their unique detailing and construction such as angled cuffs on the sleeve and immaculate stitching throughout.
